Should protesting be allowed at funerals?

I don't think it's possible to sink any lower then Phelps who plans on protesting at the little girls funeral. Phelps likes to protest against military and gay funerals and has been doing it for along time.Not much has been done to stop him. All the sudden Democrat leaders are frantically fighting to change the law in a day on this to keep them away. Apparently they didn't care as much when it was a member of are military that gave his life! But the Democrat ACLU has already filed a lawsuit against the Democrat lawmakers . How typical! Mr. Phelps if you or any of your cowardly members are reading this if you ever come to Colorado to protest a funeral me and my biker friends will come down to meet you. Only we aren't going to just rev are engines so people cant hear you. I have something a little different in mind for a slime ball like you!
