At what age do catholic children are supposed to believe in eating the body of Christ and drinking his blood?

Lol.... they called the very first followers of Jesus cannibals because they didn't have a clue.... and uous because they called themselves brothers and sisters. Wow.... we're right back in the dark ages with this question.
