Synastry Questions- MARS CONJUNCTION MOON HELP?

Ok i have heard that a couple with this combo enhances great ual attraction and other good qualities. I ask this because there is this guy i like who's moon in scorpio is conjunct my mars in scorpio..Scorpio is intense...so what would this signify. Is it a good combo to have?
