My rear drum brakes are making a rubbing noise?

I have a 95 Honda Civic with drums in the rear. Today I replaced 3 of the lug studs because they were in need of replacement so I removed the wheel, drum, and hub to get that piece off which holds the wheel studs. After I put it all back together I backed out of my driveway and that wheel was making a rubbing noise, no grinding or squealing just a wob wob wob type of noise is the best way to explain it. Almost like I had a flat but I don't so I'm hoping something was just put on a little off and its an easy fix, hopefully nothing is bent..
