Colorado Springs (UCCS) vs Boulder, CO (CU Boulder)?

I got into University of Colorado in Colorado Springs and also the Boulder campus. Boulder is my dream school but its just so damn expensive. I got the WUE scholarship at Colorado Springs which allows to me to pay in state tuition instead of out of state tuition so I'm trying to decide what I should do. Is Colorado Springs tight basically? More specifically the school, whats it like
