Will i recieve my DHL parcel today?

Ive got a phone on the way, its been dispatched a week today but has delayed due to adverse weather (even though their wasnt any), today its been out for delivery and since about 12pm its said Parcel with courier for delivery, is their still a chance for delivery today?
