Wot do i do.will i get divorce...will he get the baby wot bout her saftey ?

hi i got married aftr been togethr 3 years we married in 5/8/06 my partner were violent the same night we got wed the week aftr i found out i wa pregnant which was not planned i found 3 week later wen went for a scan cos i wa bleeding aftr been badly beaten up i was caring twins but 1 wa dead and i wa proper hurt he would not come withme to the appointment or let me go alone i had no way of getting out of the realtion ship i had abuse or months and months i mange to run free at 3.30am on 23rd october 06 after a knive wen he slit my tummy with the sharpbladebut allwent fine wen my daughtr wa born 13/04/07 he strt seeing her a few times wiv supervision then wen she wa 4 mth dat wa it he applied 4 deviorce n access on april2708 i wanted1 so bad to be free but he never carried owt out he wont sign th papers and messing me bout if he want to see the kid or not and only want to see her if at his sis i dont no if i trust him with her he never had owt to do with her how can i up rote her live for a man so low who drink from 6am til early hrs the next morning not in a stable home and in constant up bringing of drink never worked and sported will get her wil i get divorce i just wondered if any1 beenthrou the same imwaiting to hear from the court to see if he will allow me divorce since he int signing the form and done a runner so dont have to sign them he thinks he got a hold on me and the baaby whos 18 mths now wot do i do as any1 any suggestion
