Daytime show actors "soaps", must be afraid of speaking up when they are fired or unhappy with scripts.. ???

their must be an unwritten rule that any dissension or digruntlement about being forced off of shows will be retaliated against severely... "the young & the restless" is case in point, they have fired, killed off, and shuttled off to never, never land more actors and actresses since the new head writer started then they have in the entire 25+ year history of the show.. It is becoming something bordering fantasy and professional wrestling...anybody else agree or disagree? personally i think they need to re-evaluate the worth of this new head writer...although they may think it, i bet none of the actors or actresses would publicly state the same opinion..
