Define high and low concentration in diffusion?

Concentration is like density; its the number of molecules in relation to the others taking up a specific space. The more of one type will leave less room for the others in the same area. High concentration of water means there is less space for salt or sugar molecules in a solution. So in diffusion, the movement of molecules is always from a high concentration to one of a lower one.
