Do have to be 18 to buy airsoft accessories(not guns)?

Walmart is very finicky with selling anything gun related to anyone under 18. I know for sure you can't buy bbs, and I doubt you can buy the other accessories. They even have a policy where you can't buy scopes or binoculars under the age of 18. They're may be other shops around that sell airsoft supplies, and they'll most likely have more lenient rules of what minors can and cannot buy.
