Does any one know what 12mm calcification means the scan says it is rather vascular then ureteric affiliation.?

had a ct scan done for left flank and abd pain and the ct scan showed this 12mm calcification rather vascular then ureteric affiliation, particularly when noting its upward extension into the left mid pelvis.. can any one help not sure if i should worry bout it
