Endometriosis question! I need help understanding what is happening to me!?

Im actually 19 years old too, and when i was 17 i became pregnat and was unable to support the baby so i had to have an abortion. when i had following check ups they discovered i had endomitriosis too. you can become unfertile if you have it or if you do become pregnat the baby will be born in the fallopian tubes, there is a chance! but you have to go to your gynocologist and there is a surgery you can have to heal it. you should talk to your gyno because im in the process of finding out what the surgery is exactly, i know they remove scar tissues.
