Prefer/not prefer, and why: California, Washington, Montana, Kansas, Oklahoma, Mississippi, Kentucky, Georgia?

I prefer my home state of Georgia as I have been living here all my life except for my tour in the Navy and I love it! People are friendly here and I also love the N. Ga mountains, Stone Mountain, Savannah and oh yeah I love grits and sweet tea too! Oklahoma people I believe would be nice as they are country type of people but I've never been there. I just drove through Mississippi and it was pretty. I knew some people from Washington and they were nice though I've never been there. Montana makes me think of rough cowboy country with good clean open air but very cold but I've never been there. The only time I've been to California was for bootcamp and I've never been to Kansas either. I had a good friend from Louisville, Kentucky years ago while in the service but don't really have an opinion on the state as I wasn't there for very long at all.
