Where should I move 2?

If you speak Spanish I suggest moving to Caracas, Venezuela because it is a place where you can be more; to say that when I lived in the states I was under demand and competition by many others in my career field, but here in Caracas I am unique and extremely successful. A good comparison is that in the states I am a kitten but here in Venezuela I am a tiger. Moreover they have the Central University (UCV) where there is a major hospital and medical school that is one of the best.
