Will the Taliban and the al-Qaida accept a temporary truce?

Obama will ride the middle and will lean a little this way or that depending on political winds of the day. The Taliban and Al-Qaida will make any deals or truces t hey think will help their cause and neither will care if they lie or break the truce.
