Why are people ticklish in certain spots? Like under their arms and their feet and their stomach.?

Everyone is wired differently . . . so some people's nervous systems are only responsive in some areas, while others are ticklish anywhere. It has to do with how your brain functions in conjunction with your central nervous system. That's in laymens terms. Hope that helps! *smiles*
